Welcome to the Harvard Environmental Law Review’s brand-new blog. We’re revamping our online presence and are looking forward to bringing you news, case analysis and commentary, and other interesting features. Much of the content we post will be created by HELR board members and staff, but we also have exciting guest posts in the works and partnerships planned that will allow us to share practitioner perspectives on current issues in environmental law. We’re hoping that the HELR blog will serve as a useful resource for students and professionals alike and that it will be a starting point for thought-provoking conversations among members of the HELR community.
Today we’re posting a write-up of Tuesday’s speech by new EPA Administrator Gina McCarthy at Harvard Law School. Check back next week for our first piece of original commentary, a blog post on environmental justice in municipal Clean Water Act sewage cases by HELR Co-Editor-in-Chief Alec Harris. For the rest of the summer, we’ll be posting original content once per week on Mondays or Tuesdays. To subscribe to our RSS feed or sign up to receive email updates, click here.
Thanks for reading, and we hope you’ll check back and become part of the HELR online community.
