The Harvard Environmental Law Review contributes one student-written article per semester to ELRS. Submitted articles should be between 4,200 and 6,000 words, and make a significant contribution to the field of environmental law. Moreover, citations should conform to the 20th edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
We have a preference for articles from Harvard Law School students, but J.D. or LLM students at other law schools are also welcome to submit articles.
How to submit an article:
If you would like HELR to consider your article for publication, please submit the article, your CV, and a cover letter to HELR via Scholastica. If your institution does not support Scholastica submissions, you may submit your materials to our email account or through ExpressO. The submission cycle for Spring 2018 will end on January 1, 2018.
